Tokyo Olympics: More medals for Canada in athletics including silver in men's 5,000m

Mohammed Ahmed won a silver in the men’s 5,000m race, Canada's first medal in the event. Also in athletics it was bronze for Canada in the men's 4x100m relay that saw Andre De Grasse add another medal to his Olympic tally, and bronze for Evan Dunfee in the race walk.
