Having a natural aloe vera face mask is soothing for the skin & hydrating. Don't expect miracles - just a comfortable way to give your skin a refreshing treat. Frequency - no rules. A little goes a long way. I leave mine on and I don't wash it off. But you can wash it off if you wish.
If you don't have an aloe vera plant, use only organic, 100% pure aloe vera gel from a reputatable seller. I personally have only used natural plant for face mask.
