I Got Injured When Bouldering... But This Time Is Serious

After 6 months of grinding on the Moonboard, I was finally just 3 boulders away from unlocking 7A… and then it happened.

Right after sending one of my biggest projects yet — Poke The Fat — I sprained my shoulder during my warm-up. Now I can’t even manage a half pull-up, and recovery is taking way longer than expected.

In this video, I talk about the injury, what happened, and how I plan to come back stronger. Moonboarding from 6A to 7B+ is still the mission — this is just a detour.
