目標は人を大きく成長させる。そして、その目標の設定の仕方によって今の自分では信じられないほどの大きな変化をもたらす。Noor was diagnosed with a disease that left her without motivation or energy when she was in middle school, but 10 years later she was able to seize a bright future. What she shares here are three pieces of advice she has learned over the past 10 years to optimize goals. Noor is a graduate student of ICU. She has a unique experience of having worked in a field of psychology to then switching to work for the Pakistani government as a revenue officer.
