LUMBERJACK CAKE - VALENTINE'S DAY DESSERT RECIPE - APPLE AND DATES CAKE WITH COCONUT TOPPING

Happy Valentine's Day to all the members of the Keetu's Diary family. I wanted to post this recipe next week but I thought you should have something special to have on Valentine's Day and so I'm posting this recipe today. This Lumberjack Cake which is a moist fudgy decadent dessert made of amazing and nutritious fruits was introduced to me by a school kid who goes by the name Jacob Memmen. I was mind blown when I tasted this cake at his place and so I insist all of you try this recipe this season.
