Chicago Bears 2026 NFL DRAFT Rookie Highlights - Rounds 1-3

Dillon Thieneman (S, Oregon): Selected to be a Day 1 starter, Thieneman was the top-rated safety on many boards. He fills a massive void left by the departures of Kevin Byard and Jaquan Brisker in free agency.

Logan Jones (C, Iowa): A highly athletic four-year starter at Iowa, Jones is expected to compete immediately for the starting center role. His selection addresses a primary need following the unexpected retirement of Drew Dalman.

Sam Roush (TE, Stanford): Acquired after a trade-down from pick No. 60 with the Titans. Roush is an elite in-line blocker who fits the Bears' heavy usage of multi-tight end sets (12 and 13 personnel).

Zavion Thomas (WR, LSU): Known for his elite speed (4.28-second 40-yard dash), Thomas projects as a return specialist and a "gadget" weapon for Ben Johnson’s offense
