If you love the beach (like I do!) and want to talk about it in IELTS, these words can really help you. Here are some example sentences you can use in your IELTS Speaking test:

1. Crashing waves - “You could hear the waves crashing while we chilled at the beach.”
2. Golden sands - “We just kicked back and relaxed on the golden sands all afternoon.”
3. High tide - “We moved our stuff up the beach because the tide was coming in.”
Low tide - “At low tide, we explored the rock pools and spotted starfish and crabs.”
4. Coastal breeze - “The cool breeze by the coast was perfect for a game of beach volleyball.”
5. Sunset over the ocean - “The sunset over the ocean was awesome, with all those crazy pinks and oranges.”
6. Marine life - “We went snorkeling to check out all the cool fish and stuff under the water.”
