I Went Vegetarian For A Week and THIS HAPPENED!!! 🍄 🌱

Hi guys,

Sis, I went vegetarian for a week (5 days). It went pretty well. I wanted to see the impact it would have on my body/weight loss. I was pleasantly surprised at what I was able to loose this week. Yes, I did go to the gym 3 days out of the week and I snacked on yogurt, pretzels, and fruit that I didn’t add in the video. Below are all of the Recipes and Meals.
