"Buddha"

Meet " Buddha." This was an exercise for me to experiment and learn. about mixing complimentary colours together.

The Buddha is actually a wooden sculpture. I used yellow and purple to paint that object. It turned out OK and kind of looks gold.

The background was also an exercise in drawing and painting retro geometric patterns, which feature later in my work.
