【材料】：600克鸡块，马铃薯2颗，半颗椰浆，2粒八角，1块桂皮，2勺咖喱粉（肉类）

【调味料】
适量盐及白糖调味

【研磨咖哩香料】
辣椒干20条、小葱头100克、蒜3瓣、
峇拉煎1小块、香茅1支，1勺芫荽粉，1勺茴香粉

【做法】
1. 将所有咖哩香料放入电动研磨器中磨
2. 锅内烧热油，爆香八角桂皮，加入研磨香料炒至香，加入土豆炒至均匀，再把鸡肉倒进来翻炒
3. 加入700毫升清水（盖过鸡块）煮滚
4. 继续煮至鸡肉及马铃薯熟透
5. 最后加入浓椰浆及调味料，煮沸后熄火
