My Own Eid Special Train #1 | Karachi to Rohri | 11UP Hazara Express

Hello everyone,
Today I am here with a special pre Eid journey vlog from Karachi to Lahore, part of a carefully planned Eid travel experience during Ramadan 2026. As every year, Pakistan Railways announces special trains before Eid to handle the huge rush of passengers traveling back to their hometowns.
I had reached Karachi on the 20th of Ramadan and spent about a week in my home city. As Eid was getting closer, it was time to return to Lahore. However, this year the Eid Special trains were announced a bit late. The Karachi to Lahore Eid Special train schedule did not match my plan, as it was reaching Lahore one day later than I needed.
Because of this, I decided to plan my own connecting journey instead of waiting. For the first part, I chose 11UP Hazara Express to travel from Karachi towards Rohri. I managed to get a reserved seat in economy class up to Nawabshah, and for the remaining journey to Rohri, I traveled on an open ticket.
This journey turned out to be full of energy and excitement. The train was extremely crowded, as people from all walks of life were rushing to reach their hometowns before Eid. At some stations, the rush was so intense that people were even boarding through windows. Despite the crowd, there was a unique festive atmosphere inside the train, filled with excitement, emotions, and the joy of going home.
The journey took around 9 hours to reach Rohri, and it was truly a lively and memorable experience. After reaching Rohri, I stayed there for the night, preparing for the next part of my journey to Lahore, which you will see in the next vlog.
This was not just a train journey, but a glimpse into the emotions and traditions of Eid travel in Pakistan.
