Our New Renovation Project (Stone & Garden House)

So after having this house on our books for months, lots of serious interest and then the sale of it falling through, we decided to buy Stone and Garden House for ourselves!
Its a lot smaller than our last place and nowhere near as much land. But we absolutely love it's perfect for us at the moment with how busy we are. Its much more manageable.
I'm also just going to write here that when we first came here we wanted a huge house and acres of land. While I would like a lake, an orchard and a vineyard one day this 1300 m2 plot really is plenty to be getting on with. Also i can buy vineyards and orchards on the village edge and I have 14 lakes within a 10 minute drive.
