Stuffed MIrchi - Gujarati Style | Easy to Make Bharwan Mirchi Recipe | Food Couture by Chetna Patel
Stuffed Mirchi
Ingredients:
Besan - 1 Cup
Big Chilli - 8-10 no
Coriander Leaves Chopped 1/2 Cup
Peanut Roasted n Crushed - 1/3 Cup
Powder Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp - Hing
1 tsp - Til
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
Lemon Juice - 1/2 no
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - 1 tbsp
Method:
Take a kadhai n Roast Besan in Slow Flame till light Golden , Let Cool Completely
Take a Big Chilli , Wash amd Clean Chilli , Slit from Side and Remove Seeds
In Roasted Besan Bowl add. Chopped Coriander Leaves Chopped, Roasted Crushed Peanuts, Sugar Powder , Salt to taste , Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Hing , Til, Garam Masala Powder, Lemon juice , Oil , add little water Mix Properly , Bind Properly
Stuff above Masala in Chilli
Tadka:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
1/4 tsp - Hing
Method:
Take a Kadhai add Oil , Mustard seeds, Hing, then add Above Chilli , Mix Properly ,Cook little then add Extra remaining Masala , Mix Properly, Sprinkle little water , Close the Lid and Cook and Serve Hot
