Timelapse in the Eye of Hurricane Zeta

Hurricane Zeta made landfall on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, on the Louisiana coast as a Category 2 Hurricane. The City of New Orleans was expected to be well-situated to the west of the storm's eye, however, as the cyclone moved inland, it became clear that more than just a glancing blow would befall the city.

This footage spans 75 minutes in the Carrollton neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana as the northern eyewall, the eye, and southern eyewall passed through the area. A glorious sunburst in the eye gives way to an equally trying sunset as residents know the storm is only half over.
