This video is showing how to make a very delicious creamy, cheesy pumpkin soup that is perfect to serve to your family! It's super quick & an easy recipe! Trust me, you are going to like it!

***Creamy & Cheesy Pumpkin Soup Recipe***
6 cups chicken broth/stock (subs: vegetable stock or beef stock)
4 cups pumpkin puree
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves minced or chopped garlic
1-5 Tbsp olive oil
1- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
salt & pepper to taste
sprinkle of dried Thyme
sprinkle of dried sweet basil
1 Tbsp or more peeled roasted pumpkin seeds for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
