How to Make Paw Patrol Themed Number Cake

I had a lot of fun creating an alternative version of the trendy cookie number cakes for my nephew’s birthday. I wanted to use a paw patrol theme, and I came up with the idea of using cake pops on Styrofoam instead of giant cookies for the number since I would be shipping the final result.
