The habit that helps: don't verify the writing style, verify the CLAIM. If AI says "studies show this works," ask "which studies? source links and dates." For legal/medical/financial answers, treat it as a starting point, not advice — and if it affects money, health, customers, or your reputation, check it somewhere reliable first.

The real skill isn't memorizing tool names — it's knowing when AI is helping you think vs. pretending to know.
