The question I receive a lot is, 'Are long term rentals a good strategy in Italy? For me the answer is yes, but it is important for you to weigh that out for yourself. I am not a lawyer nor accountant. I'm just like any of you with a specific type of experience in Italy that I happen to be sharing. So I try to share about investing in real estate out of state, in fact out of country! Italy has its own challenges, but if you are aware of the hurdles ahead you are more likely to succeed.
