To hide notification content on your iPhone's lock screen, go to Settings - Notifications and select Show Previews to choose Never. For a cleaner lock screen, you can also turn off individual app notifications that show on the Lock Screen by going to Settings - Notifications - select an app - and then disabling the Lock Screen option for that app.

To hide notification content (previews):
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap on Notifications.
Scroll down and tap on Show Previews.
Select Never to prevent notification content from appearing on the Lock Screen.
To hide notifications for a specific app from the Lock Screen:
Open the Settings app.
Tap on Notifications.
Tap on the specific app you want to manage.
In the Alerts section, uncheck the box next to Lock Screen.
To hide the entire Notification Center from the Lock Screen:
Open the Settings app.
Tap on Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode on older models) and enter your passcode.
Scroll down to the Allow Access When Locked section.
Toggle the switch for Notification Center off to prevent anyone from swiping up to access it on a locked iPhone.
