Transcript: At Slater + Gordon we're investing in a future that will give our people more flexibility to work in a smarter way for our customers. Phase one was at the outset of lockdown where our absolute priority was to ensure uninterrupted customer service. We achieved this through rapid deployment of future fit tech across our business. Phase two has been to move quickly to really make the most of the new digital capabilities that we have before us, to improve our customer experience further. In phase 3 we want to move to a new business as usual. A future where none of us are tied to working in one particular place all the time. And instead we're agile and trusted to work wherever we need to work to be effective for our teams or indeed for our customers. And so, while the days of office centricity may be inching to a close, customer centricity has never been more important. And that's why at Slater + Gordon we're investing in a smart working future to make that happen.
