A Rochester, Minn., community remembered American’s tallest after he died of heart disease at 38. Igor Vovkovinskiy’s growth was caused by an issue with his pituitary gland. One resident said it wasn’t always about Vovkovinskiy’s height, “He was a very caring individual.”
