It was so fun to visit SEAS!

&&& they had one of my favorite church details I’ve ever seen.

The altar is connected to the baptismal font, weird right?

Not just a cool design, it’s saying something BIG!!

It echoes Ezekiel 47:1 - water flowing from the temple, from the place of sacrifice, bringing life wherever it goes.

The font flows from the altar, because what you receive in baptism comes from the sacrifice.

Grace flows from Christ outward, from the altar, into the waters, and into you, to carry with you & bear fruit wherever you might go.
