B.C. flood victims denied bank loans to rebuild their home
After experiencing the worst of November's devastating floods in B.C., some homeowners in Abbotsford's Sumas Prairie trying to repair their damaged homes are facing financial hurdles. With no insurance and government support still months away, some families turned to banks for help but have been struggling to find appraisers for property assessments.
