I broke my Gopro on the Laugavegur Trail

I sometimes put my Gopro on a tripod and film myself "walking into the sunset". This time it was a bit too windy and the whole tripod fell over. The Gopro landet on a rock with lens first (of course). Result: broken lens cover. For the rest of my 5 days of hiking (it broke on day 2) I had to use it without the cover. It is still water proof then, but you have to be more careful when putting it in a pocket or bag. And you know "next time it falls, there will be no cover anymore"...
