Amalie Malling is joining Victor Borge on the stage. Excerpt from his 80th birthday concert in Tivoli Concert Hall, Copenhagen, Denmark (1989).

Børge Rosenbaum (3 January 1909 – 23 December 2000), known professionally as Victor Borge, was a Danish comedian, conductor, and pianist who achieved great popularity in radio and television in the United States and Europe. His blend of music and comedy earned him the nicknames "The Clown Prince of Denmark", "The Unmelancholy Dane" and "The Great Dane".

Amalie Malling is a Danish classical pianist. Born in Germany (1948), she studied under Herman D. Koppel and then at the Hanover conservatoire and regularly worked with Alfred Brendel. She then moved to Denmark in 1961, where she won the first prize in the Scandinavian Piano Competition, then gave a series of recitals and concerts. Moving towards contemporary music, she performed several pieces dedicated to her by Danish composers. In 1981 she became a professor at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
