Ingredients:
• 1 gallon (3.8 L) whole milk
• 1/4–1/3 cup (60–80 ml) fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
• 1 tsp (5 g) salt (optional, for flavor)
🧑‍🍳 Homemade Cream Cheese Instructions (Short & Polished):

1. Heat the milk — Warm it to 190°F (just before boiling), stirring gently.
2. Add lemon & salt — Turn off heat, stir in lemon juice, and watch the curds form.
3. Let it rest — Cover and leave for 10 minutes to fully separate.
4. Strain the curds — Pour through cheesecloth and drain for 5–10 minutes.
5. Optional rinse — Rinse under cold water for a milder taste, then squeeze gently.
6. Blend & season — Add salt, a bit of dill, and blend in a food processor for a smooth, creamy texture.
👉 Want it softer? Add 1–2 tbsp of cream or yogurt while blending.
