Welcome to Tainan Taiwan, the historical capital of the south. Here you can find delicious Taiwanese STREET FOOD with southern flare! Today we will be taking you on an ULTIMATE food tour across the entire city! We are eating completely local dishes, found in mom and pop shops and wet markets in Tainan. We will be visiting some traditional morning markets, and sampling braised duck wings “lu wei” style, bao wan or Taiwanese meatballs with pork and shrimp, traditional handmade cookies, Taiwan’s favourite comfort food - braised pork rice, a night market medicinal soup and a giant ice cream!
