April Molina previously worked with the fashion industry, got lured to be a realtor when she heard real estate during after-work events. Having gone through several bumps and turns in navigating the industry in a stressful way of dealing with the process, distance, contractors, tenants, partners, and debt, she gathered herself back, learned, focused, and took the path of wholesaling.
