Zottman Curl: How To Get Bigger Arms! #shorts #vshred
In this video we are going to perform the Zottman Curl with a twist. You are going to run the rack! You will repeat each rep to failure and then drop the amount of weight. I start with 35 pound dumbbells and go alway the down to 5 pounds. The key is to do the Zottman Curl until your arms are fatigued.
