This humbucker is worth more than half of this guitar. But will it change the tone?

Hey there guys, davi90rtcb here!

I didn’t want the talking to get too long so let me explain right here how I built things.

I first recorded the riff with the Kramer, using a single amp sim and a noisegate (screenshot at the end of the video for these)
Then I changed the humbucker, keeping the same strings, the same settings with the amp sim, and I even used the same pick.

To make it short, the only thing different between the two guitar riffs, is the humbucker itself.
There was no Eq, compressor, or extra distortion. I’ve kept everything as simple and as raw as possible.

I feel like saying that this time the final result was more interesting.

What are your thoughts about it?
Was it a good investment this time?

See you in about a month guys.
Need some time off big time!
