The Force Pulling Our Galaxy In to Darkness

Right now, our entire galaxy is being pulled through space at over 2 million kilometers per hour — toward something we can barely see.
It's called the Great Attractor. And for decades, it was completely hidden from us, lurking behind a wall of gas and dust so thick that even our most powerful telescopes couldn't pierce it. When scientists finally looked through it using X-ray and radio astronomy, what they found was staggering — and it only raised bigger questions.
