Working out and getting back into an exercise routine and healthy eating routine has been so good for me. I'm not focusing on weight loss or aesthetic changes, and working on my strength and fitness to make my body and mind feel better! But, I've been struggling a bit with some fitness fears, of not feeling comfortable pushing myself or going out of my comfort zone.
