New from the creators of the acclaimed Newman Haas Racing comes Formula One '99, featuring all the thrills and excitement of Formula One complete with all this year's teams, drivers, rules and regulations and tracks. New to F1 '99 are such innovations as fresh vehicle dynamics and handling, ultra realistic crashes and advanced engine sound effects. Artificial intelligence has been updated to introduce such features as enhanced pit strategies and start grid behaviour - and that's just for starters.

Bang up-to-date team details allow you to race right across the board, from 1998 Constructor Championship Winners McLaren to newcomers BAR. Choose to race as previous champions, such as Damon Hill, Jacques Villeneuve and Mika Hakkinen, or the new kids on the grid, like Alex Zanardi and Pedro de la Rosa. All the tracks used for the '99 season are featured here, including the new Sepang F1 circuit in Malaysia.

Use the Analog Controller (DUAL SHOCK) for greater realism as you race against your friends or against the CPU. Accessible modules open the game up to novices while enabling the more experienced drivers to fully utilise their Grand Prix skills in what is quite simply nothing short of motorsport gaming excellence.
