Father God…
I come before You this morning…
with a grateful heart.

Not because everything is perfect…
but because You kept me…
through what I didn’t even have words for.

Thank You…
for waking me up…
for breath in my body…
for a day I didn’t have to be given…
but was.

Today…
I place all my plans into Your hands.
Because, truthfully…
I don’t see everything ahead.
Every decision…
every conversation…
every step…
I need You in it.

Let Your hand guide me…
even when I’m tempted to rush…
or rely on myself.

You are my light…
when my thoughts feel scattered.
My strength…
when I feel drained…
and don’t say it out loud.

Give me what I need…
for whatever today brings.
And if it gets heavy…
teach me to pause…
and trust You… instead of reacting.

Let Your love…
and Your mercy…
be what carries me.
Not just in big moments…
but in the small ones…
no one else sees.

Keep me grounded in You…
and remind me…
I’m not doing this day alone.
