Harry did not 'look at the family' before marrying Meghan

Social commentator Prue MacSween says Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah and war with the Royal Family is “tacky” and the prince should have looked into her family more.

“It is really tacky, what it tells you is Harry probably didn’t do what I was always told to do when I had an intended boyfriend, look at the family, and I have to say her family probably wasn’t the kind of material you’d want to invite into the Firm,” she told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

Ms MacSween said Meghan’s friends hinting any criticism of her was racist was “pretty low” and they were leaking things to “start the controversy”.

“It’s fascinating really, I was a publicist for many years for TV networks and this is gold, you leak stuff like this to start the controversy.”
