Plot -
The film Woh Kaun Thi? is a classic suspense thriller that begins on a stormy night when Dr. Anand encounters a mysterious woman who eventually leads him to a graveyard. Following the tragic Death of his girlfriend, Anand's mother pressures him into marrying Sandhya, a woman who looks exactly like the mysterious girl from the cemetery.

This resemblance, coupled with strange occurrences, begins to break Anand’s mental state. It is eventually revealed that his cousin, Ramesh, orchestrated the haunting to drive Anand to madness and claim a large inheritance. The mystery is solved when it's discovered that Sandhya had a twin sister whom Ramesh was using to impersonate a ghost. After a final confrontation, the truth is exposed, the villains are caught, and Anand and Sandhya are reunited.
