Beginner friendly workout
Adjust intensity by the amount of weight you use. All you need are dumbbells so this workout is perfect for home or gym. The basics are classic for a reason - they work! Save and keep on repeat two times a week with at least a day of rest between.
Aim for 10-12 reps, 3 Sets
1. Goblet squat
2. Bicep curl
3. Tricep extension
4. Reverse lunge (each side)
5. Lateral raise
6. Bent over row
7. Glute bridge
8. Russian twist
