Many people are captivated by Dark Souls, despite not being interested in the lore. Is good gameplay the only reason? I talked to a lot of people who love the series, and have come to the conclusion that, at least in most cases, there's something more going on...

In our first developer insights video, I chat about Dark Souls, why I think it has the power to connect with so many people, and what I think developers can learn from it... or, at the very least, what I'm learning from it!
