Foods that may reduce sperm quality or negatively affect sperm cells:

* Processed meats — sausage, frankfurters/hot dogs, bacon
* Excessively fried foods — French fries, chips, fast food
* Sugary carbonated drinks — cola, energy drinks
* Alcoholic beverages — beer, vodka, wine (especially when consumed in large amounts)
* Products containing trans fats — cookies, pastries made with margarine
* Excessive soy products — soy milk, tofu, soy protein products
* Ultra-processed foods — packaged ready-made meals, instant noodles
* High-sugar foods — cakes, candies, donuts
* Foods packaged in BPA-containing plastics — canned foods and products stored in certain plastic containers
* Very fatty red meat — excessive amounts of beef and fatty burgers

Note: These foods are associated with poorer sperm quality in some studies, particularly when consumed frequently as part of an overall unhealthy diet. Occasional consumption is unlikely to have a major effect for most healthy individuals.
