Xi Jinping China Visit:Chinese President Xi Jinping and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un held high-level talks in Pyongyang as the two countries reaffirmed their longstanding partnership.

Xi called for deeper cooperation and urged both nations to make positive contributions to regional peace, stability, and development. Kim, meanwhile, praised the "time-tested" friendship between China and the DPRK, describing bilateral ties as "unbreakable" regardless of changes in the international environment.

The summit marks Xi's first visit to North Korea in seven years and comes shortly after a series of major diplomatic meetings involving world leaders in Beijing. The visit also coincides with the 65th anniversary of the China-DPRK Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance.
