SCOTUS Arbitration Review – A Panel Discussion - August 9, 2022

On August 9, 2022, arbitrate.com convened a robust panel discussion focused on recent decisions by the Supreme Court relevant to the future of arbitration. The five cases discussed were:

1) Badgerow v. Walters
2) Morgan v. Sundance Inc.
3) Southwest Airlines Co. v. Saxon
4) ZF Automotive US, Inc. v. Luxshare, and
5) Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana
