Such an incredible topic at the moment.
I would never consider purchasing a property based on the availability of these grants.
On the other hand they’re there and waiting to be utilised. The 110% is very honours when it comes to have all the paperwork in place, but some of the others can be much easier to access and equally special.
For example, Bonus Facciata 90%, this grant is designed to uplift the look of the facade, providing the property is on the road, in a town or city(no countryside). Absolutely amazing if you think about it, the opportunity to restore the entire facade of your property and spending only 10% of the total amount.
Some of the other grants go up to 65%

Agencies like the one in the video are set up to facilitate the process, by bringing to the table, companies able to offer the service and do the work, financially strong enough to wait for the government to pay them on your behalf.

I really hope that people use some of these incentive to improve and transform and also to create a better environment for future generations in Italy.

Make sure you have all the right paperwork when purchasing a property in Italy. An additional element of due diligence can really make the difference.
