Callused Heels: Reformed, Refined, Renewed Follow-up (Part 2: Trimming Heel Calluses)
This is a 3-month follow-up visit of the chef who serves the homeless population of DC. He has been homeless and served time in prison, but he developed of passion for cooking, having trained in very good restaurants. He now uses his skills to serve those who less fortunate, those whose plight he knows personally. Now, fate has smiled upon him with the opportunity to open his own restaurant in DC. His endless hours of work are taking a toll on his feet, as the calluses continue to build up. The treatment of trimming the calluses is shown in Part 2, the Heels.
