In this video, I give you a explosive HIIT workout that you can do at your own level of intensity. You may choose which ratio of activity/rest you want to follow, depending on your current physical limits...

You can do:
-30 seconds on, 15 seconds off
-30 seconds on, 30 seconds off
-30 seconds on, 60 seconds off

Just make sure you're doing the exercises properly!

The 4 Exercises:

1) Jump Squat 1 and a Half
2) Single Leg Glute Bridge Hop
3) Half Burpee
4) Knee Pop-Ups
