This is a wavy hair routine video for Indian 2b & 2c wavy hair. All the products are budget friendly and cruelty free.
This is an upright styling video.

Curly hair can we categorized as the following:
Type 2 Waves
Type 3 Curls
Type 4 Kinks/Coils
If you have type 3 or 4 hair, its clear as day and wont be difficult to identify. However, if you have type 2 wavy hair, sometimes your beautiful waves are hiding in plain sight. I went most of my life without even realizing that I had wavy hair. Watch my Hair journey here:

Protein does not feature in the top 5 ingredients and so you may consider this to be a moisture product. This shampoo is super gentle, does not lather much. It is not stripping either and perfect for individuals with a sensitive or dry scalp.

This gel does contain alcohol, however, my routine is incomplete without it. My 2b/2c wavy hair needs a lot of hold. If I don't use a hard hold gel, my hair does not hold onto curl definition post day 1.

If you do not wish to use a gel with alcohol, might I suggest an aloe or flaxseed gel

The scalp massaging brush is not mandatory. Simply massage your scalp with your finger tips. Point is this video isn't too technical or complicated. I remember getting extremely intimidated and confused when I started my natural hair journey. Hopefully this video breaks things down a bit and is easy for you to follow, if you're just starting the Curly Girl Method in India.

Expect your head to feel heavy and oily for the first 2 weeks. Your scalp will adapt and that feeling soon goes away.
