in order to raise your frequency
it necessary to get away from it all
from the world, from cell service, from the overstimulation of "reality"
& simply travel deep into the forest.

After being apart for a little,
I met up with with one of my favorite humans to share a weekend in nature and bathe in the forests.

Forest bathing is an amazing ritual to increase your personal vibration.
