Yes it can be done!! you do not need to remove the body to remove the engine I’m not sure if it would be simpler to remove the body but you can do this in your garage at home. I highly recommend you are at least a novice to expert,removing this engine. there’s a lot to it. And I did not show you every single little nuance in this video to try to keep it as short as possible but I did show you a lot of problem areas most of it is just common sense but we know that common sense is not as common as it used to be. I hope you enjoyed the video if you have a 2006 Range Rover land rover 2007 Land Rover 2008 land rover 2009 land rover with the 4.4 V8 that should be the same information and you can successfully remove the engine. To be honest with you even though it took us four days to shoot the video and remove the engine I believe you could probably do it in a good day and a half if you’re a novice and if you’re an expert probably less than a day and that’s taking your time.
