So many women say the same thing: "I only leak a little bit." It gets treated like a normal part of being a woman. It isn't. A little leakage is still leakage — the amount doesn't change what it actually is.

Common and normal are two different things. Yes, it happens to a lot of women. No, that doesn't mean you have to settle for it or live with it.

The pelvic floor is a muscle system, and it responds to the right training and support. "A little" is worth taking seriously.
