Tools and materials I used:

-Alubutyl mats (I had STP Silver 1.8mm leftovers - used on the driver's side as this door is used most, and then a 2.5mm mat)
-25mm foam (there's a lot of space inside the doors). I attempted to use as much as possible on the exterior, but I had to cut off the excess because I encountered problems reassembling the door. For the passenger side, I used more 6mm foam, and there were no issues.
-6mm foam
-Roller with a long handle
-Wallpaper knife
-Measuring tape
-Gloves to protect hands from cuts by the mats and the sharp interior of the car door. You'll likely get cut anyway.

One drawback I've noticed is that I now need to use a bit more power to close the door.
