Pokhara Airport , is a domestic airport serving Pokhara in Nepal. Following a new agreement on air travel between India and Nepal, This Airport will be replaced by Nepal's third international airport

Nepal is divided in three mountain zones.
First the sivalik hills, green an about 500 m height. Then rise the Mahabharata hills, up to 3000 m . When you approach Kathmandu, the planes are literally shaving the mahabharata range and you can recognize the houses of the farms and the people working in the fields.
The middle of Nepal is a hilly Landscape, with the hills between 300 and 3000 m. The hills up to 1500 m are mainly inhabited by hindu cast people, while above you will find the so called hill tribes.

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave (Nepali गुप्तेश्वर महादेव गुफा) is a cave located in Pokhara-17,Chhorepatan, Kaski district, opposite to Davis Fall, the water from Davis fall passes through this cave. Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is one of the major attractions of Pokhara.

Across the road from Devi’s Falls, this venerated cave contains a huge stalagmite worshipped as a Shiva lingam. The ticket allows you to clamber through a tunnel behind the shrine, emerging in a damp cavern adjacent to the thundering waters of Devi’s Falls.

Kathmandu Durbar Square in front of the old royal palace of the former Kathmandu Kingdom is one of three Durbar (royal palace) Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Several buildings in the Square collapsed due to a major earthquake on 25 April 2015. Durbar Square was surrounded with spectacular architecture and vividly showcases the skills of the Newar artists and craftsmen over several centuries. The Royal Palace was originally at Dattaraya square and was later moved to the Durbar square.

Chandragiri Hill is 20 kilometres from city and on the south-west side of Kathmandu Valley which is 2551 metres above sea level. The hill provides panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges from Annapurna to Everest.
Chandragiri hill has cable car system to reach up to the temple of Bhaleshwor Mahadev.

Located about 11 km (6.8 mi) from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, its massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal and the world.
